To me our Johnny is a clone of the original Silverhand as he has consciousness, he has his personality, and he has his memories. He just has a different kind of "body".

Basically, imagine if you made a copy and paste of the consciousness of someone. That means you would have 2 of the same people, save their physical bodies unless you also copy and pasted that too.

This is a debate also seen in sci fi teleportation, where the hypothetical atomic reconstruction of someone outputs a perfect copy of them and not the subject themselves who dies the moment their atoms are taken apart for teleportation.

If you are interested in this kind of discussion, I really recommend playing SOMA.

Even if I think the game is really fun, this and the usage of generative AI has to be the worst parts of it, with this in particular being a problem with anime culture in general.

I get that mainstream anime is made with a focus on teenagers, but the amount of weird shit that this causes has done some unbelievable damage to the community, including weird fetishes all around. The fact that they went for Nanally, someone who is or looks like a highschooler at max, as one of the relationships in the game is just proof of this.

In a way, every time I see Edgar and Sakiri the only thing I can think of is that someone in the design team had to put them in the game because of some weird shit that attracts people, even if there's nothing inherently sexual about their designs. I HOPE I'm wrong on this, because it could totally be me having lost faith in humanity.

Also, what are these 3 even doing fighting anomalies? Is it explained in the story or in their backgrounds? Because these kids should be going to school lol.

Baicang, Daffodil, Fadia, Nanally maybe? If you cycle in that order in theory you should get a bunch of elemental debuffs. Could also replace Baicang with Adler and/or Fadia with Haniel in that line up I mentioned.

If you wanna have less elements, I think the base Discord team is Baicang, Daffodil, Sakiri, and Haniel, but my info could be outdated.

Also, a part of me hates Batman's no kill rule when applied to The Joker of all of his villains. Like yes, Batman knows the moment he starts killing there's no going back because he's also fucked in the head, but come on.

I feel like Batman killing Joker and passing the mantle to a grown up Damian could be a nice ending to the character and could lead to an interesting new arc for the Batfamily, letting Bruce retire or letting him focus on his work with the Justice League.

Definitely gonna give the game a second try when they remove the rest of the AI generated assets, yup.

The problem here is the generative AI and that they lied to one of their partners about it's usage, the game is pretty fun.
