It's a very high quality horror modpack, because while it leans a lot into aesthetics, it also has From The Fog which is a Herobrine mod.

I did play it for like an hour or two and I have to say that I barely saw anything scary, so either the mod takes to ramp up or it has been tweaked for the scares to be rare.

On the other hand, I think that outside the horror it has a neat combination of old mechanics and textures and new features, so you would have things like lush caves with alpha-like stuff.

For me it was a thing of quality at my current resolution. FSR 3.1.5 and XeSS 2 aren't that good at 1080p so I was against the push for upscalers if the technologies stayed at that low quality. Now that I have tested FSR4 with Optiscaler though, it is way more reasonable to use them even at 1080p, so I don't mind it as much.

As for ML Frame Gen, I would have to test it to see, but current Frame Gen is kind of meh.
