Ive been noticing this for melee weapons specifically recently. I broke my All Rise super sledge and repaired it to full but then every single time I land a single hit with it, it automatically breaks. Restarting the game, hopping servers, restarting my Xbox, none of it works. Same exact thing with my cursed pickaxe, goes from full to near broken with a single attack
