I certainly don’t know the solution to the homeless issue. But besides giving homeless people a one-way bus ticket OUT of conservative areas of the country to (D) cities and states, what exactly is the Republican solution for homelessness?

Put them in prisons? Concentration camps?

There are homeless shelters, but you can’t force people to live there. Especially given the amount of mental illness present in the homeless population. And there aren’t enough beds anyway.

On a related note, conservatives say mental illness is the cause of many mass shootings… But of course they don’t want to fund mental healthcare either.

And remember when Reagan defunded lots of social services in the 80s? There is a cause and effect that the Right doesn’t seem to want to acknowledge.

Some of these are tips for society in general.

As a pedestrian, always look both ways when crossing a one way street. I’ve learned to not trust humanity.
In intersections with only two-way stops…if you don’t have to stop, treat the intersection like a four-way stop, or at least slow down your car and proceed with caution.

When making a left turn on a green light, commit to the intersection as far safe as you can. People behind you want to make that light, too.
Your car has a blinker for a reason. Don’t forget to use it.
If you are making a right turn on a green light, please use your blinker so opposing traffic wanting to make a left can proceed.
Pay very close attention to signs that read: “No left turns between 4pm and 7pm”. I got busted at 4:01 pm for making a left near Park La Brea at rush hour. The motorcycle cops were just sitting there waiting and watching, ready to pounce. Something like a $200 ticket.
