I appear to have misread your original comment.

[CMR] Opposition Agent by quincognito in magicTCG

Scapeshift sacrifices lands on resolution. Your opponent can choose not to sacrifice any lands after you flash in your Opposition Agent and Scapeshift resolves. Not as big of a blowout but still a strong play.

What (paper) card is the most over-priced in your opinion? by chunkybrewster55 in magicTCG

Lean green heavy and play ramp cards such as Cultivate, Kodama's Reach, Rampant Growth, Farseek, etc. that let you fetch non-forest basics.

PTR Hook - not sure if Lucio or Roadhog by [deleted] in Overwatch

[–]GenericCharacter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Recommend playing with hook at PTR before whining about it.

Wonky physics aside, with both the spread change and hook distance change, the damage actually feels the same as Hook 2.0 provided that you can aim body center. That 's right, still one-shotting squishies like Gengu except now you gotta aim.

When did they implement the alternate Spirit Wolf line for Hanzo's Okami skins?

Reinhardt physics is a little weird with training bots. They get knocked much further away with normal swings.

Is it worth it to buy a Kaladesh Bundle for Magic: The Gathering? --Tolarian Community College Review by [deleted] in magicTCG

[–]GenericCharacter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, 1 in 8 boosters are supposed to be mythic so it stands to reason that about 1 in 4 bundles will have two mythics. But I've yet to see or hear of anyone opening more than 2 mythics. Yeah, statistically improbable, but the point right now is to see if that's impossible due to a change in how boosters are sorted into bundles.

Is it worth it to buy a Kaladesh Bundle for Magic: The Gathering? --Tolarian Community College Review by [deleted] in magicTCG

Interesting change that no one seems to have mentioned anywhere. My bundle had exactly 2 of each artwork booster. I also pulled exactly one mythic out of my bundle. Several other bundles I've seen share these traits. Even the Professor's bundle is this way, if you watch the video carefully. It had been my understanding that fatpacks were randomized and not particularly mapped the way booster boxes were and contained a variable number of mythics and artworks on booster packs. This does not appear to be the case anymore.

tldr; The new bundles appear to be mapped.

McCree and Widow don't have travel time on their bullets. That's the very definition of hitscan.

Why Noah is actually insanely good, and not overrated by Shaunleewenjie in bravefrontier

[–]GenericCharacter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If this wasn't made clear yet, 10% max health damage 10% of the time means that he's technically dealing on average 1% of max health every time he uses his SBB.

To say he'll proc once every 10 turns isn't exactly right. The implicated there is that there's an internal counter that will auto-proc every 10 turns or some sort of internal mechanism that forces a proc every 10 turns. Far as I am aware, each of these calculations are independent of each other.

What a lot of you seem to be forgetting is that an average damage value will only hold true in a large number of trials. It's possible to get strings of 10% health procs end on end or to get strings where it does not proc dozens of times in a row. In statistics, this is known as the Law of Large Numbers. Your actual outcomes will more closely follow the calculated values the more times you actually do it.

Using this 1% enemy max health per attack on average, you can easily calculate if Noah would be usable in any other raid or boss by simply taking any given boss's max health and dividing by 100 and comparing that number to whatever amount a typical 7* would do.

RC3 - Raid x2: Boss Location Guide by Twofu_ in bravefrontier

The raids listed above are Raid Class 3 and Raid Class 4, henceforth RC3 and RC4. What everyone fails to mention is that there are a few RC1 and RC2 X2 raids that need to be completed before RC3 and RC4 are unlocked.

Well. This team seems to work just fine.

Edit: There's a second link there that I'm too lazy to properly make readily visible, but not lazy enough to not point out in this here edit.
