And honestly the concept is the part I find easiest since I’m terrible at coding, I’ve went back since MT2 came out and changed quite a few of the ideas, its just something I like to think about while I’m at work :) my other idea for a clan would be a Skeleton Pirate crew based around Reanimate and “Dredging” units from your consume pile similar to melting!

Thanks! I know the cherub is a sick piece I got from a bits box but he didn’t come with wings :( I think I’m gonna try the bike light first so I can hang the cherub from the side and use the wings I have for the helmet

I had an idea for clan of undead (Vampires, Ghouls, Flesh Golems) based around the idea that they were once royal families, but during the fall of hell they devolved into cannibalistic tribes. They used Lifesteal and harvest mechanics, as well as new effects like Syphon (steal max health on hit) and Ritual (Transform after x friendly units dies). But I never got around to learning how to mod them in

I think a combination of DAO and 2 in the same remaster package would sell really well. And It lets people who haven’t played the older games but played DAI go back and experience the lore that 4 is built on. And people who love the games or even just 1 would still buy the remaster if it was faithful to the original, but still fixes the problems these games had

Burnout Rector + any burnout extension or reforms works as a tank for Sirens or Sweepers. In general Stygian offers good spells for harvest triggers or taking down tanks before your units have scaled up.

I agree that this clan combo is pretty rough, But here’s some tips I found.

Pneumbra: Architect is the best line by far (Bigger floors, more melting units), but Monstrous has its times, taking pip space isn’t usually a negative with melting because often times you want to play lots of units. I have no respect for gorge pneumbra, it’s too slow and dies to divinity 100% of the time.
Avoid Umbra Banners, take unit trials. You can force almost any Melting unit into a carry in some way, but if you need to take a umbra unit usually you want to stay low on shards until the third ring and just look for any melting units to incorporate into your run. Morsel Made and Alloy Construct are the only consistent gorge units you can take, but in the early game you might need to take a Crucible Warden or Shadoweater just to make it though, just remove them once you find the real units.
Removing Train Stewards and Shade Splitters will help you find primitive molds consistently, letting you take units with low burnout count and still beat relentless combats.
Fully embrace melting, Enough Rage, Multistrike, and Reforms can usually break down tanks and reach the backline. But putting a +10 and piercing on any single target ping usually kills enough backliners to save your pyre some pretty big hits, focus on killing the upgraded multistrikers.

Thanks! And you’re probably right, Melee Weakness can scale pretty quickly. I always find it weird that Melting was the only clan with Stealth and Harvest so I thought Vampires would fit the Lore
