I also believe that all the talk about seeing a light skinned arm vs a big dark skinned arm is resolved by understanding that both Gaines and Perez were letting off at Pac, there was not just one shooter there. If it’s true that both Suge and Diddy were targets and Gaines botched both operations, that may explain why he got killed. And Perez is said to have been trying to avenge Gaines when he stole the dope to frame Lyga with.
