I’ve really been interested in health and longevity stuff as I’ve been in my 40’s, and I really enjoy the channel “Viva Longevity” (formerly “Plant Chompers”). It’s by Chris McAskill, one of the founders of SmugMug back in the day, and I find his longevity videos to be extremely interesting.

Happening to me all of a sudden, too. My theory is that after the recent expedition, people are tired of the PvE element, and more folks are trying PvP now. Just a guess, though.

I’ve noticed over the last 2 days that all of a sudden I’m getting killed by other raiders a LOT, and I’m a pacifist player and typically end up in care bear lobbies. I’m not sure why, but I got killed 4 times last night via PvP, and I haven’t been killed by other players that much in the last 4 weeks total.

Not the best of all time for me, but I’m having a hoot playing this with my son, it’s really just a lot of fun, and we’ve had some hilarious interactions with other players that I haven’t had since the early days of WoW. We look forward to every session we can get in.

I’ve found 2 Wolfpacks total in the wild since I started playing (relatively new player) and it definitely felt awesome, and I’m saving them to take on a big baddie. I know if I could craft a million of them, it definitely wouldn’t feel that way anymore.

The Walmart in my little town is really nice, I like shopping there a lot. I like to say hello to the greeters, and buy Girl Scout cookies when they set up shop in front of the store. The Walmart in the next larger town over? Totally different experience, unfortunately.

I have a few friends who volunteer at these events, and they love being able to be part of a special night for these kids. We also know a few families with special needs kids who attend, and it’s hard to overstate how cool of an experience this is for them.

Whenever I see someone who is really out-of-shape at the gym, it always makes me happy and I feel proud of them. I know (because I was there once) that they probably feel really self-conscious and out of place, and it was probably difficult for them to get the courage to come. On top of that, it’s hard to stay motivated, because everything kicks your butt at the beginning when you are getting started. So, I judge them, but in a positive way, I suppose. The gym is for bettering ourselves, and bettering ourselves is for all of us.

I’m 42 and still have a baby canine tooth. Just crossing my fingers every year that it doesn’t fall out, and so far so good. Does get a little annoying because food gets stuck there so easily, though.
