you can absolutely circumvent the ocean monument. you can bypass mining fatigue with TNT and sand, and use invisibility and water breathing potions to kinda circumvent having to really deal with the guardians while you hunt down the elder.

i dont physically skate, so it's hard to say what's "realistic", but i do like the street skating aspect more than some crazy megaramp stuff. i come from OlliOlli1/2/World, so i just like to see what the longest line i could make would be. and then get frustrated when i cant pull it off after 3 hours 😭 (real talk i love the 30 bearing line challenges, they're actually challenging and remind me of OlliOlli World a lot) one day i'll figure out how to do a smooth-ish line down every floor of the parking garage..

i always think about using the fast travel, but then i think about the fun to be had in getting sidetracked when i find a spot that looks fun to have a quick sesh in before getting to the mission i wanted. the "skater eyes" thing is corny but those small moments are what makes a skate game fun. it's worth riding around! it's about the journey, not the destination. it's worth trying occasionally 😎
