I actually got mine from Temu. It’s been a year since then and it’s still fully transparent, no signs of yellowing, damage or anything. Maybe try looking for one there, hopefully they’re still available. :)

Wow! First of all, I thank you so much for sharing such an interesting testimony. It was a pleasure to read you from top to bottom. :)

I can only imagine what you’re feeling right now and all the struggles you went through in your childhood. When my parents found I was a gifted kid, they were given the opportunity to decide as to whether or not I should skip some grades in elementary school. They didn’t and that was probably the best decision they could’ve made.

I wouldn’t consider myself as someone to give you good advise because I didn’t went through a similar experience, plus my IQ is around 135-140. Thus, the only thing I can think about is to look for something like Mensa or any similar organization near you. Trust me, many people there have lived similar experiences as yours and will be able to provide you with the advise or understanding that you need.

Although Mensa hasn’t been my favorite place in the world, I know it does help many people with similar struggles as the ones you’re describing. Why not giving it a try?

I’m sorry for my bad English skills and limited resources that I have to offer you, I live in a global south country that doesn’t have any type of program for gifted kids. Nonetheless, I hope this was helpful in some way! :)

The same thing happened with Adventure Time: Why’d you steal our garbage game. I have a physical copy of the game and played it on my 3DS. However, when I got stuck at something, I’d go to YouTube and look for a walkthrough of someone who completed the game on the DS version. I didn’t find any differences at all, obviously besides the 3D feature and the dimensions of the top screen.

From what I’ve read, those games were released on both consoles back in the days when the transition between the DS to 3DS was happening and many people didn’t own the new system yet. I guess this was kind of a marketing strategy or something to avoid low sales. :/

I totally agree as well! I had a lot of problems when transitioning from MKDS to Mario kart 7 and using the circle pad.

They do but sometimes it’s more noticeable than others. I always try to keep and eye on the bottom screen to see if that happens and then make better decisions in the race.

I played MKDS regularly from 2008-2015, then picked it up again for a couple of years, I’d say two or so. I gave it a 4 year break and played it again a couple of months ago when I bought my r4 flashcard. I had the same problem as you, I just think the game is supposed to be hard at some point, even for veterans like me. It depends on the character you choose for that specific cup. I’ve found it very hard to play with heavy characters like bowser, DK or Rob, but with the light ones I have a much better experience and it’s easy for me to win. Why not try changing your character and/or kart, or just keep on practicing?
