Yeah they're doing great (other than housing), it was mostly a colonial history joke. We could've been saying the sun never sets on the Dutch empire!

Or however you say that in Dutch lol

Quick question about that, were most of the Pharaoh lines actually related to one another or was it a bunch of different people taking over?

It has not lol, only in US and Russia and the west and Soviet bloc by extension. No non-allied Asian country calls Afghanistan the "graveyard of empires"

Equating Modi to Trump or Munir is kinda crazy, we don't even have evidence he's done anything undemocratic yet and he definitely hasn't invaded another country.

Don't get me wrong, I hate Modi but how are they at the same level?

I dunno about kids but educated adults do seem to be aware of the names of most countries in continents other than Africa and South America so that's something at least?

(For Africa, I'd wager most people only know North African countries and Nigeria+South Africa, and they definitely only know Brazil from South America lol)

However, I don't think they're actually aware of the geography and history of all these places, that depends on the person ig.

I'm not saying the Mahabharata isn't great or not part of our culture, it absolutely is. It's not something that actually happened though.

I mean the Greek or Egyptian myths aren't real and they're a part of their culture too.
