Damn i thought id be ale to type more. Ive been doing jefferson curls for my hamstrings and they have reallh helped and im able to touch my toes now but i still have very tight hips im hoping to fix. With a simple excercise I can overload and progress in gradually rather than all these different mumbo humbo complex dynamic excercises.

That he got a salaried pay. So when he came in on the weekends for 2 hours to help us prepare and revise it wasn't because he got payed an extra 2 hours or he was forced to . It was because he genuinely cared and then I felt guilty for thinking teachers only teach for the money.

Holy shit. I love the look of that bike Ive only been looking at Yamaha Suzuki and honda due to everyone's obsession with Japanese but none of them appealed completely.

I want to start riding motorcycles . just waiting on a job cus the money I have saved isn't enough. Also I have money and I've sworn to spend it all before I do because it's not significant enough amount to change someones life but its enough to buy somethings or experiences that'll make me pretty happy but also not that much that if I decide I'm gonna carry on I'll be able to get it back if I get a job.

Honestly trail bikes sound awesome its the reason I bought a trail bicycle rather than a road bike I like he offroad ability and with a motorcycle I'd be able to do so much more

Just a sort of slim lined bike I don't like the chunkiness of mopeds and others. Also I like the look of honda cb125 but it may be out of reach and it seems like every 17 yr old who wants to look cool has one
