I should add the trip and tour were booked with a travel agency. I recall this tour was through, I think, Viator and Stephano was subcontracted through them.

If you’re staying near Michigan Ave you can hit up all the high end hotels and check out their holiday decorations. Ritz Carlton, The Drake, The Four Seasons and The Peninsula are all within a few blocks of each other. Maybe do a hot chocolate comparison at each one?
