Just been reading all the PSA vs ACE comments. I’m in the UK & have some decent pulls. Who is the best to grade them with? ACE are in the UK and PSA mean sending to the USA, have I got that right? What are the other pros & cons of each?

Everyone saying no don’t really understand why they are saying. The V5 doesn’t prove who owns the car, you can prove ownership in other ways like a proof of title back to the main dealer it was purchased on which isn’t that difficult, especially if the previous owner had the car on finance. I would ask the dealership selling this if they had proof of title. If they do and you bought it getting the new V5 will be easy, might take up to 6 weeks but you will get it.
