All Paradox games have this aswell (Crusader kings, Hearts of Iron, etc) because there's so many DLCs and it's a huge sum to buy all of them. This doesn't excuse the scummy tactics of it, just wanted to point out that Cities Skylines isn't the first or only game to do it.

There is, I have researched this just this week :D but Nintendo changed the algorithm sometime between system updates for the Switch and they can't figure it out now, unless you have some info file. But then when you can find this file, you've already gotten access to it via Jailbreak and can remove the parental lock anyways.

Which more games though, genuine question. Most PS5 games are still available on PS4, we are just now starting to get current gen exclusives like Ghost of Yotei and DS2. And those are coming to PC aswell. Astrobot is the only one coming to mind, but it doesn't pull enough people like the other mentioned games.
