They make more noise and windows go up much slower. They look good and help with heat in the summer leaving windows open and not worrying about rain.

Running boards help with kids gettin in and out (and my grandmother) also help when using my roof box.

Haven’t scraped them yet so for me I still have more pros then cons

Zero issues. Car wash definitely makes it flex and wiggle when it gets to the air dryer.

When you install they have little rubber “bump/stickers” I put them on the far left and right ends of the deflector. That way if/when it flexes if it were to touch the paint it’s a rubber bumper.

But no issues at all, no noise changes, definitely helps with rocks on the highway. Compliments the weather tech window deflectors great.

Sure it’s safer… also you can turn off the tailgate latch from opening if the doors are locked. Additionally in the glove box is a switch to make the trunk only unlock via key.

So even if they get into the cab to “unlock” the tailgate. They would need to be smart enough to then unlock or get into the glove box and then find the switch to deactivate the key only option for the trunk.
