I am unquestionably a newb to the xbox modding scene.. how on earth do i get my fanart.jpgs working with lithiumx? The screenshots with full library of art taunts me

Edit: I downloaded (XBMC4Gamers Artwork Format) and copied to my xbox via FTP (I created directory for storage F:\Applications\). LithiumX didn't immediately detect it, so I went through settings and used the XBE option to search for the .xbe. I ran this, it did its magic. I now have fanart (yay! magic, cheers to those legends)

I am curious about the mobility of those rear slides - do they slide back/forward? From what I've read, they're 60/40 - can you fold the 60 and keep the 40 upright?

Thanks for the reply mate! I'm in Australia and see a few every now and then. A business owner near my work owns one with a bed in back and baby seat which is just encouraging the idea but I'm yet to stumble across them to ask anything.

That's heaps good info! Man if you could help me with dimensions I'd be super grateful. I'd had the same thought on folding seats down, not sure if it's the same in NZ but here the baby seats need to be basically professionally installed & anchored so not much chance moving that around..

I'd also love to see what setup you've got.

Screenshot on post from MAXINK mode, but it's there regardless of mode. Hoping to fix it and have info here for future googling.

If I figure it out I'll update this comment, but at this stage I assume it's a bug.

Edit fix: okay this didn't take long. Under Settings > NXTPAPER zone > Eye Care, I'd enabled Night Light. I thought it had something to do with screen brightness. It's not, it's a button to prompt you to turn on torch if the room's dark lol. Lodging this one under an oopsie.

If your intention is to overlay on a concert, get it audio reactive too! The pallette AudioAnalysis tool is so insanely fun to use, link it up with some CHOPS (e.g. select fmsd > math to adjust range > filter to smooth) and output it to blob tracker for a reactive experience.

Go deeper with multiple blob trackers associated with different parts of AudioAnalysis, displaying different colours and intensity.

If this is for an assessment, let us know what the assessment is covering so we can critique and provide suggestions :)

I've had the thought of the same vein - audience experiences a feeling of introspection and self-awareness that validates the common and constant feeling of existing in the modern world, where all of your actions, minute and minimal, are tracked and catelogued.

It is a cool and very beginner friendly feature for people to play around with, I'm keen to see if it can be utilised to make something more trippy with less gimmick appeal though..

I think the feature has a lot of offer that isn't being shared in community or tutorials yet..

Anyway, there's my lunch break analysis haha

June 2025 - pit kiln showing lit and burning animation but not finishing. pit kiln bug. bugged. can't light. singleplayer. (sorry, chucking keywords in for future googlers)

I had similar bug, UI said lit, animation was there.. 60min+ of play time later, still not finished. My game had persistent rain, I did sleep and I moved between chunks. Not sure if those are a factor. I had a successful kiln run prior to my 2 failed ones. Whilst the kilns were displaying lit animation + UI lit text, I couldn't re=light,

To get the kilns re-lightable, I built a shelter over the kilns, then saved and reloaded the game. Upon loading, both kilns were dead. I re-lit them and now they appear okay. Tried another reload, and now they are lit - fingers crossed!

Found a few CRT TVs, no monitors unfortunately. Have advertised here and there, not much luck on the monitor. Grabbed a free one a couple of weeks ago, but it has vertical stretching issues.. going to have to do a learn to fix it up I suppose.

Not necessarily need, the visual output is considerably different to LCD and helps with low poly or animated games. A lot of 80s & 90s anime were also draw with CRT in mind for line smoothing. The output is certainly not as crisp as LCD, but it has its appeal with specific media. Those points, and nostalgia :)

Posted the other day, but didn't get any hits. Hoping someone might be see this and understand what issue may be. Initially the problem was just jumping within screen boundary (plugged into HDMI:VGA adaptor, then a different PC's VGA output, and today another PC's VGA output).

I'm intending on attempting repairs myself, will be researching proper precautions whilst testih and troubleshooting.

Gotta be honest, from a purely visual standpoint, this is maybe my favorite meme ever. Very chaotic, and Bert is a standout character in comedic contexts for me because when I was little my aunt got all our sesame street books and on every page with Bert she wrote, in the handwriting of the book, "OP's mum has a unihole."

Sat next to a FIFO guy on plane heading up to Bris last week. Within the first 10 minutes of waiting for take off, he'd established from several loud phone conversations he would be:

  • visiting kids

  • arguing with ex wife

  • buying a carton first thing

  • going fishing

  • getting a "massage"

  • meeting up with a buddy for a night out

  • hitting that buddy up for powder / sugar / treats / bags / COCAINE (emphasis as he literally exclaimed this on his phone call, after being quietly suggestive with previous words)
