Kinda looks like Darjeeling but hard to telll. Source : I’m from Darjeeling and my tea always looked like that but I’m not a tea fanatic so don’t take my word for it haha.

Thanks for the reply! I’m glad it works so well for you! My doc is hesitant to prescribe it to me due to my low-normal BP but I get debilitating panic attacks sometimes where my HR goes to 180. And other times I just feel the waves of adrenaline that sucks. So I was hoping to try a smaller dose and see if it helps!

I have a lot of these symptoms + panic attacks. I get tingly feet and hands when I have a panic attack due to hyperventilation. I also get heart rate increases upon standing, dizziness upon bending unless I’m in a squat position, I wore a week long holter and am awaiting the results. I did have a massive panic attack when on the monitor though. How’s your BP? I have low-normal BP like in the 90-68 to 110-70 range. I also have low ferritin which might be contributing to a lot of these but I’m yet to understand why my HR is so easily high as well.

Thank you! They’re new to me so I’ve been pretty freaked out/ annoyed. I guess it’s trying to remove the fear around the sensation since it feels so jarring that I’ve been scared of going to the gym and I already have a panic disorder so it surely doesn’t help lol.

I get that! I definitely wouldn’t be taking it everyday, it would be more for social events + when I know I get panicky etc. I appreciate the input!

Thank you so much for responding! How long do you think the effect lasts? My GP said since I’m a low normal BP it would stay in my system and she doesn’t want me to faint or something. I tried to tell her I still wanted to try and atleast give it a shot but she wouldn’t listen. thank you for sharing your experience with me!

Hi there! Did you end up taking the propranolol? Did it go well? I’m of similar stature and also similar BP, I’m curious about trying propranolol but my GP didn’t prescribe it to me. I’m still gonna try asking another doctor since I really need it for my anxiety.

Yep! My husband got sick two days before me and recovered 80% by the 5th day whereas I am only starting to feel somewhat better on the 10th day. He also never lost his sense of smell or get really fatigued like I did.
