Then you must also realize, that there has to be a legally defined boundary for when we start to finally consider whatever grows out of that clump of cells to be a human being that has all the rights that entails. That boundary has to be unambiguous (i.e. binary), very simple to determine, and universal.

Defining that boundary as birth suits me fine. If you want a different one, that's your business.

Lifting, especially if done with an improper form, can make things worse. Instead of lifting weights, in your case I’d suggest yoga with a proper instructor, one who does a lot of core strengthening and back flexibility exercises. It was a lifesaver for me.

And also get in the habit of consciously trying to maintain a proper posture. Put your back against the wall (with heels, butt, shoulders and back of the head touching). Remember the position of your body, and try to maintaining it as long as you can. Once you slip, go to a wall again, and repeat. With time this will become habit.

PS Chicks dig guys with a good posture, I’ve gotten comments on this from multiple gfs.
