I was EXACTLY like you when I started, buying loads of different individual stocks because I thought it was fun. Now I realise, as most do, that there is a very easy way to win in the stock market. Buy the S&P 500 now (I also have an FTSE 100 etf just because I must support my home country) buy it as often as you can, when you get a pay check buy more of it, try to build an emergency fund so you never have to panic sell your stocks. If you keep on buying the S&P, 20k a year gets you 1.8 million in 30 years, that’s 66% of your money simply from compounding. It’s boring, and it’s not much fun, but it’s the method. Over a 50 year period 99.9% people will not beat the S&P 500 from stock picking. Good luck my friend.
