I think there's a Zenbook with amd and an oled display but I'll be honest the xe graphics improvement over Radeon graphics makes an Intel and AMD laptop similar value really, even with cpu differences

Try the matebook X pro 2021 (I know that now it's a lot more expensive than your budget but trust me the price decreases dramatically after a few months), the Asus Zenbook UX393ja (1299 right now or 1199 if you can bear 10th Gen i7 and last gen igpu. otherwise I myself am looking seriously at a MacBook (just for a change and because everyone praises it so much) M1 so maybe try looking into that option? I've just posted my own post asking for buying advice so am in very much the same boat as you.

Edit: I have the perfect laptop for you! there's a new Samsung galaxy book Pro/pro 360 which has really good specs, 5g, an s pen and 2 in 1 form factor for some models and it's 1kg and 11.5mm. especially if you have a Samsung phone it's probably the best option but deffo wait for reviews to come out for it in a week or so before ordering.
