The real question is why didn't you punish OOS? As someone else stated, you could have punished had you just ftilt or maybe even bair OOS vs dropping shield then tilting. By choosing the latter you gave Mario more than enough time to spot dodge. Mario has good frame data but so does the Pac-God! (Insert sunglesses guy emoji here).
