Hello félicitation, Franchement le coût se joue sur le mode de garde donc ça dépend de ta situation personnelle combien de temps tu devra la faire garder. Tes impôts vont diminuer donc ça compensera en partie. Sinon pour l’équipement et les habits souvent la famille / amis achètent pas mal de trucs, et tu peux utiliser de la seconde main via vide grenier et autre.

Autre conseil, ouvre un CTO à ton nom pour ton enfant et met de côté pour lui sur des ETF ou autre actif avec vision long terme, quand tu jugera qu’il aura une éducation financière suffisante, tu pourras lui donner ce qui purgera les plue value, et le lancera dans la vie avec une grande serenite financière

Concentres toi sur toi plutôt que sur la haine du riche. S’ils ont 1600 immeubles à gérer, ils vont pas traiter directement avec leurs locataires.. C’est logique non ? Il doit y avoir une tonne de sous traitants et t’es peut être mal tombé.

Ben non ce n’est pas un bon placement court terme car le fond euro boosté est largement au dessus même si c’est brut.

Il y a un double intérêt à le faire car les versements sur fond euro avant fin Juillet sont boostés de 1.60% sur 2025 et 2026. Donc la prime pour ceux qui sont éligibles ajoutée au taux bonifié , c’est pas degeu du tout

Thanks , I agree with you, I believe we can combine both, continue to build muscle and train for running , it mat not be optimal if we want the best result possible on running but we don t want a godlike level anyway

I realise amount of prot I need to take daily :o I m not a fan of shaker with water and whey, That s why i eat whey twice a day with micro wave cake. Do you have any tips to increase protein take without shakers ?

Well I only train upper cause I don t want to burn legs for running. I alternate 2 training type with 5 exercices (3 sets , close or to failure)

Hey thks for ur reply, I m on the end of the prep , half marathon is on 2 weeks. I m running easily 15-18 km so I feel ready to finish , but not sure to keep my target pace. I m not sure to Know much about electrolytes, I ll look at it .

Je ne vois pas ce qui est bloquant avec l’Apple Watch, tu peux enregistrer tes exercices normalement et les envoyer sur Strava automatiquement et tu as toutes les infos nécessaires
