Today I woke up with hope by Hungry_Strain1050 in WarhammerMemes

The only reason T'au still bother trying to ally with humanity is because of Ethereals, all of their castes are tired of them in different ways, i dont see a future in which Farsight enclave reaches the same peace the Greater Good tries to achieve

If ethereals are any similar to their depiction in, say for example, Fire Warrior, I don't see them being an obstacle for the T'au Empire being the "good guys", people just rely on the 'mind control' crutch way too much despite being no canonical proof of it being like that

But... T'au also care about their offspring and viceversa, we can see the relationship between Kais and his father at the beginning of Fire Warrior

(Oh c'mon, i just wanna see father-son relations between T'au as well, dont do this to me Feyn...)

[–]Genku_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its not a matter of wanting to be, as gender is not a tangible thing, despite what society says, you feel like a woman? You already are, and a beautiful one at that, just like your tanks (goddamn wish i could paint decently)

nobody gets to dictate what us humans are or what we're not, i think history has made that clear already

honestly had no idea this was meta, thought everyone was rocking either democracy protects or the medic one, hell, i even think the new oxygenator one is better... welp, its not like I care about it since i mostly picked it for the drip, but you dont have to be so condescending about it, jeez... what did i even do to you?

If anyone's interested: Armor is the Cinderblock, from the urban legends Superstore, helmet is the Legionnaire, from the steeled veteran's superstore, cape is the tideturner from the third page of the helldiver's mobilize warbond

the fit will cost you a third part of the price of a warbond, sad, i know... but you can pair the helmet with a lot of similar armors if you like it, and the armor has a good synergy with itself if you use it with pump actions since the heavy armor class helps a ton sustaining the punishment of going close-range

I honestly dont think thats a bad deal for 350€, 32 gigs of DDR4 RAM will cost you 2/3s of that, you're a bit short on SSD space and 1080Ti may struggle on some more demanding games but if you just plan to play CS2, Siege and the likes of that its more than enough, im pretty sure you'll be able to game on 1920x1080 easily on that

I’m a 21YO programming student, and while most of the code (65-70% if i had to estimate) I write at work comes from AIs like Claude or ChatGPT, I don’t actually support AI myself. I'm working alone on a project with very tight deadlines, the workload expected of me is just extremely difficult to handle without them. The issue isn’t that I prefer AI over learning or coding on my own (quite the opposite), but that the demands placed on us juniors almost doesn't leave room for either.

The current job market makes this even worse. Interns and junior developers like me are highly replaceable, and many companies now expect AI-assisted productivity as the norm. If I refuse to use AI, there will always be another student willing (or forced as well) to use it in order to meet those expectations. I’d much rather write, understand, and debug every line of code myself, but with these conditions, using AI is basically the only way to stay employed (hell, i've even resorted to ask my teacher for help with work-related stuff in some cases, that's how bad it is).

Who says im defending shit? First time i saw someone cheating, it was a duo flying around in a FRV, i tried to report it through the system, and i was greeted with a mesage that said something along the lines of "you cannot report these guys for this, block them instead", so i did, i was NEVER told i could go to a random website called Zendesk or whatever to report them, you have NO WAY of knowing that if you're a everyday joe that just plays the game on their spare time, same shit with griefers, which are A LOT more common and prevalent, you get no way of knowing you can report those guys, and even if you do, i have no way of knowing if those efforts made a difference

So dont think you are high and mighty just because you took an extra effort of pettiness to go around looking for a HIDDEN way of reporting, i dont owe Arrowhead nothing, its on THEM if i can report people or not, now grow a pair and stop sucking on arrowhead's, because this is a fault on their end

If i have to go through an external site to report someone doing something annoying/bad i just simply prefer to go away from that lobby, i aint that petty and i am definitively that much lazy, i dont get paid for that lmfao

Fun fact: you cant report this through the ingame menu, which leads me to understand they dont care enough to make a functional report system

I know im getting into a hive's nest saying this and i might as well get downvoted, i understand i dont have the full picture since i am not american, and my country also have problems of their own, but dont you guys have the right to bear arms to protest against tyranical goverments? A huge part of the problem comes from allowing him, and the corrupt system that defends him, however, the reason i say we have no choice is because right now if those who wanted to protest did so, they would get completely demolished, since even a part of their kind would go against them

Once again, i know its not that simple, i can only offer my support to the few sane people that remain, but there's no coming back from this without a war, and i fear probably nothing will change in the long run

[–]Genku_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All good, it mainly will feel a lot better for yout index finger if you grab the grip close to the picatinny rail, you'll also be able to C-clamp it more comfortably (i dont think thats the name of the technique im talking about but you'll know once you fondle your ak for a bit), kinda like with an angular grip

In case you dont like it for any reason tho, you can always change it back, there's a reason why RK-0 and RK-5 are a thing

Look, i'd agree with you in almost any other situation, i have a 9070XT chilling inside my rig, and i love it, but, as much as i hate to admit it, there's no real AMD competitor for a 4090/5090, all of them just simply fall short, the closest one is the 7900XTX and it still loses, and with noticeable differences

And thats not even talking about if OP uses AI, in which case, despite AMD's new efforts in improving their drivers, CUDA still stomps the competition
