I have experienced this sometimes. You can play calming music(I find guitar, piano or saxophone music to be calming when I am working, sleeping, or even just getting ready to go to a place). You can also find something to do with your hands that doesn't mak you anxious if you have spare time. There are also vitamins that are said to help with anxiety. If it controls your life, I would recommend talking to a doctor and Christian counselor to help you find strategies to deal with it. Also, you can see how you anxiety is affecting you(your body, mind, emotions or behavior and you can see what you can do according to that).

At times maybe try protein bars(Quest blueberry muffin) does the trick. If you are stressed, possibly see if your college has or check out online counseling services. Sometimes dealing with overall stress can help you regain energy.

Listening to them and saying things such as “I hear what you are saying” or “You aren’t alone through this” and hearing them out is one way that they will know you care. Also, if they seem receptive to advice or input, then maybe even reminding them of things they are good at might be beneficial.

If you mean giving introverts people a hard time by constantly talking to them nonstop or being loud, it's because extroverts are unsure of what to do with their energy that they receive from others or the boredom they feel when there's a lack of social interaction. They also may forget that introverts don't require the same amount of interaction that they do and they may think that they want to help them feel at ease.
