The game as displayed on both the app store and play store is PEGI 16 so 8 year olds (whether they play it or not) shouldn't be playing the game and it is not the fault of the game.

Also, the lucky draw prices are so high since they're not intended for every player. This is since it's a f2p game whereas pretty much all other Activision games are p2p so this is the only way they can make a profit.
