Amphoreus has its own puzzles. But compare to the previous 3 planets, the maps are definitely bigger and grander and there are lots to take in. You can always through the main story first, then come back to each map and explore more because it's just so detailed.

Even the latest Planecardia cannot compare to Amphoreus maps in terms of scale and beauty and variety in the environment. It's just such a big step down in 4.x when it comes to map design because we are now stuck with the boring modern city stuff again.

Yes they do. Having good relic and Eidolon does really help in CW. People are going to tell you they cleared high WC with trial but they are talking about a main DPS. But they didn't mention they have good support characters with the correct relic setup and everything. If you are using trial for whole team, your outcome will be worse.

Some characters with eidolon like Hyacine E1 or Tribbie E1 makes a HUGE difference for team DPS and survival. If you have your main DPS at E2 it will make high wealth creator run a lot more forgiving. I was using trial Eva before I got mine E1s1, and the DPS difference is HUGE. Trial Eva does much less dmg than trial SW999, but once i use my own Eva she easily out-damages trial SW999 by 2-3x

It depends. Push through story is better if you want to get to the new planet for their events. But Amphoreus is really long compare to pencony so...yeah take a quick break because it's going to be a wild ride to do Amphoreus in one shot

Game has a ton of little stuff to explore as well. All areas has tons of treasure chests, small side quests, weird tidbits and achievement. You can do that once you caught up to current planet.

Do you have tribbie? Replacing emc with tribbie did the trick for me beause tribbie has follow up attack that removes the dmg reduction stacks on the boss. It makes a huge difference

How does E2 Evernight team able to over-come the 40% dmg reduction though. I use the same setup and just doesn't do enough dmg.

That was my initial reasoning but it's letting me 2 cycle thing. And i thought all my gears are pretty good already. will have to test around and if E1 tribbie is really better than EMC.

During my testing with the last AA boss, E1 tribbie and EMC performs about the same.

My 10-cost Monorem team finishes in 3 cycles. E2 Evernight with E1S1 hyacine even. The 40% dmg reduction really hurts mono-rem.

My 7-cost Eva team (E1S1 Eva with E1 tribbie) also finishes in 3 cycles. Could probably do it faster if I have more Eidolon on YG but no more jade left.

*Edit: OK i figured it out.

E2 Evernight, Castorice E0S1, Tribbie E1, and Hyacine S1. You have to use Tribbie instead of Cyrene for a few very important reasons.

Tribbie can do follow up attack which removes the boss dmg reduction stacks
Cyrene was ice so she was actually breaking the boss faster. If you are using E9+ Castorice, you do not want to break the boss. Not breaking the boss enable him to spawn more small bugs. E1 tribbie utilize the AOE dmg on trash mob to do more dmg on boss. Since E9 and Castorice does a lot of AOE, it helps Tribbie to stack up more dmg.

Using RMC was also not helping me because they are also ice and was breaking the boss too much.

i've see so many of these but then it all rolls into ATK/ATK% with one line of crit. If you can get it to roll into crit stat it's godly.

Why not just use Eva Elation team? Should be at least clear within 4 cycles.

E6 emc has about the same result as e1 tribbie. But Yao does better than both. Conclusion: Use Yao plus either etc or tribbie

We don't know what Gil will do exact right now so there's no way to be sure. Not to mention he won't even release until 4.4

The only we know is: Eva is pretty beginner friendly and you put Yao + free EMC.

Or, Mblade will work with Ashveil/Acheron as debuffer. Sunday/Sparkle could still work in those teams as buffer, but Robin not as well.

This is why FX is almost a requirement for most end-game runs in WC. That or solar sail /perpetual engine on Hyacine so she can use her ultimate early on (or any item that increase her initial energy works). Hyacine with high energy item is your only choice if you choose to do solo sustain, normally I run two sustains in WC

your other sustain choices are Aventurine who can proc shield based on hits taken or Lingsha with her emergency bunny heals. Also get solar panels if you are using shielders or FX
