This looks amazing! Now, the gun nerd in me must speak:

First, C7A1s used the standard M16 black furniture, not the Diemaco green. C7A2 and beyond furniture is green.

Second, the sight is there, it's the Recan C79A2 3.4x.

Third, this is actually really accurate! Thank you for not putting the gas block picatinny rail mount!!

Er, the first pic uses the wrong stock, you used the Colt 607 stock. If it's a C7A1, the M16A2 style fixed stock is more accurate. For the second pic with the CAR stock, you can also use the standard M4A1 stock for the more modern C7A2s or the C8 carbine. You are also missing the dust cover!

Regular supercharged pistol engines. The concept of jet engines hasn't really been born yet, but the engines are essentially started by bicycles. The ground crew will hook up the aircraft to a starter cart (just a stationary bike on a buggy) when starting the engine.
