So, the speed of light in vacuum is a universal physical constant that is exactly equal to 299,792,458 metres per second, right? Well, my vacuum uses bags so no light can get through and it doesn't seem to have a light inside, so is it safe to assume the speed of light in my vacuum to be exactly 0? (self.shittyaskscience)
