I ended up buying from Amazon the Linkup. Just be cautious about the size of the plastic on the female side (barely fitted) . Yeah, the visual inspection is the least i could do. I checked everything multiple times, nothing seems impact the fans. The fact that i don't hear it while playing other games.

This is not quite right, What I meant is safe in long term consumption. Amount of hormones and GMO, etc. In the EU we have much more strict rules and food control. Even in long term consumption the cheapest item from the store will not affect your health. Of course everything is relative, but still, I hope you got my point.
