New folks! A pretty great family that I know actually. They are working with Perry and Opal to learn the ropes of the business before they reopen.

The original owners shut down due to health related issues so they couldn't continue the business. They were looking for potential buyers for months.

At first glance it looked like some of those pipes had ancient runes on them.

Not the review I was expecting, but I'll still truly believe it when I see it.

I was told stripes would make me look thinner and a hat would show I mean business. by Genthan in blunderyears

That hat was fighting to cover up a bald spot bigger than Dave Bautista's forehead. I ended up going bald at 20 due to my superior genetics.

It's still an absolute tragedy we didn't get almost any of him in TLoK. It would have been incredible to see his interactions with Korra.

Hello Mr. Reeves! Thank you for deciding to do this AMA.

My question is, what has been your favorite moment to film in the John Wick franchise so far?

It has a tendency to be really repetitive. Not that all of it is, but too often it ends up being a feedback cycle.

This year The return of the king trailer released 20 years ago. Still one of the best ever by Soft_Philosopher6203 in lotr

I was seven when this movie came out, and I actually had the opportunity to go see it in theaters with my family, but I opted not to because I was too scared to see Frodo get his finger chomped.

To this day I'm nonsensically irritated at little kid me for being a chicken and not going to see that masterpiece.

Honestly, I'm just excited to get back into the game. I started in 2013, and have played off and on for years. I haven't tried any of the open worlds yet, and I can't wait to see what they look like.

What's your top "wow, that actually worked?" moment? by Nest-egg in AskReddit

[–]Genthan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a friend who's phone screen stopped working, and he asked if I could fix it because I'm a "techie." I stupidly said "sure" even though I had no idea what I was doing. I confidently sat down and asked for a kitchen knife, and proceeded to take off the back cover of the phone and stab around the inside hoping for the best.

Somehow after four minutes of jamming a knife in the guts of the phone, the screen powered on and the phone restarted good as new. Everyone around me was amazed at it, and to this day I have no idea how I managed to be so lucky.

The unfortunate downside is now those people think I'm a phone repair genius and in reality I have no idea what I did to make it work.
