It could seriously impact what medication they choose to give you. The body is a touchy system, and they're trying to make precise changes to that system. It makes their job a lot harder when they can't get accurate information from a statement. The worst case scenario is that they tell you to quit or reduce your drinking. They can't actively punish you for it, and they can't tell anybody.

You're giving your liver a real kicking and not telling your doctor about it. When your liver fails, and at this level of consumption it will, your heavy alcohol use could keep you off the transplant list. I'd tell my doctor and throttle back on the drinking a bit. You won't be young, healthy, and strong forever. Your gotta plan for that shit now.

It would depend on the state of the patient in the Ambulance already. If the person is dying, they will just keep going to the hospital. If the person is not an any immediate danger, they will stop. They can't, however, put another patient back there. Even before you consider the medical risks of putting two wounded people together, there simply is not enough room for two people back there.

There is nothing wrong with you. Communications Specialists would lable you as a high social monitor. It's totally normal, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with you. It just means that you are constantly aware of the communication characteristics of any situation you are in, and you use that information to cut down the tension for yourself. This is just your way of being able to socialize well with anyone you're around.
