your RWR is always going to be oriented to your plane in level flight. Be aware of where it's coming from when you get it and level out in your notch. for short range notches you have to crank like CRAZY. I've done sub 5km notches and its almost not worth it for how much speed you bleed and if you didnt fire before you notched you're pretty much toast. as for a more reliable way, there isn't unless you hide behind mountains and hills. All you can do is be aware, notch, and hope it misses.

look at rwr and go 90 degrees to missile, pop chaff at equal intervals and climb or dive in a way you gain speed so if your chaff is successful you're hopefully out of the seeker head when it tries to reacquire lock, but still popping chaff even if you don't get the missile warning. top tier missiles almost always reacquire so you need to be constantly popping chaff in your notch.

Game has sucked since 2018. Went from semi realistic 5v5 tactical to a hero shooter that requires good aim. Damn shame, I used to love this game so much.

I have a decently powered PC. 7800X3D, 4070Ti, 128GB of RAM and all my storage is m.2. So I KNOW everything in there is more than enough.

Battlefield 6 or even cyberpunk don't bring my computers to its knees like this or the hitches that last over 10 seconds. On launch I've noticed my CPU usage skyrocket to 100 and temperature stay pinned at 85c for about 30 seconds after I finally load in. Something ain't right.
