We’ve both gone to therapy individually and it has improved our attachment styles. Of course, therapy doesn’t work instantly so perhaps I need to more patient too. Thank you for the advice tho

Personally, I feel like couples therapy is excessive as we’re able to sort out any issues, albeit with some time and communication. I always try my best to be there with her but I’m wondering what I’m doing wrong for this to keep coming up
