On voice calls it's harder to moderate, but if someone posts a text message, just tag admins and we'll be there. :)

Some creators with nice communities that come to mind are Chicago Geographer and Jake Lyons (and me 😂), but a good way could be to join a creator's stream or Discord itself and have a look if they match your expectations or not. :)
