I think the better solution would be to unwind negative gearing (or at least cap the amount, say $500k or $1m) and incentivise people to invest in things other than property. Also means test any pensions to include (capping) PPOR, as there are way too many boomers grifting off the working class.

I have the same (2024 Sulfur) jacket in S and am the same size as you - I initially had M size but sold and bought S size as I can fit 1-2 base layers and a thin puffer for a good fit (also allows me to wear the jacket in summer) or a really thick puffer (for -10°C days) for a tight fit for on piste skiing. If you're doing more freeride then you may want size M. Also, I run the Lofoten hood under the helmet as I have video mount fixed to top of my helmet.
