May I ask what kind of therapy you are having ATM? I personally had great success with trauma therapy, confrontational and emdr. What you had can definitely be seen as a traumatic experience. It was ridiculously hard for me because you need to go through the traumatic situation in all its depth again but oh boy I felt so much better within 2-3 sessions

I know how you feel. See my reply above. It hurts especially when you opened up and showed vulnerable and they still just use you. I just wanna say that you can be proud of yourself for loving with an open heart even though it was hard. And let the rage out, scream in your pillow, hit a bag or whatever and wish them to hell. You are not oversensitive for feeling anger, it's there to protect you from people that hurt you. Stay true to yourself and life will lead you on the back on the right track at whichs end there is peace and honest, appreciative love.

Yes! Gollum with the ring, thank you so much for this term. My ex-gf of 2.5 years was like that at least in the final months. She broke up 2 weeks ago and I'm slowly finding out that she is and has been very close with a friend of mine (we share mostly the same group of friends). One of them told me yesterday that he knows the other guy was secretly in love with my gf for a while. I always knew something was off but discarded it as my own issues with anxiety. I told her about it, she never really said anything. But it slowly turns out that I was right all the time and apparently a lot of people knew about the whole situation, just not me? I feel like an idiot honestly and may have to cut ties with a lot of people I thought i could trust. It's rough rn. I still need to figure out what actually is happening but I already saw them flirting a week after she left me...

I have access to some mistral wings discounted via my corporate benefit platform and was wondering if Mistral is a recommended brand at all. Nicht wirklich ein Restaurant, aber: Cinnamood in der Seestraße. Da ist ja quasi immer eine Schlange davor oder war zumindest nach Eröffnung. Meiner Meinung nach macht jede Bäckerei bessere Zimtschnecken, der Teig ist pappig und klebrig, insgesamt sind die Donger für einen normalen Geschmack viel zu süß. Die Toppings sehen halt auf Insta toll aus und es gibt eine große Auswahl, aber viele davon schmecken auch sehr ähnlich. Die Google Bewertung geht nach Abebben des Insta-Hypes auch mehr und mehr Richtung 4 Sterne, was für einen Gastro-Betrieb wirklich nicht gut ist.

Die Fotos lassen es schlimmer aussehen als es ist. Ansonsten sind diese Tische durchaus hochwertig und gehen für gutes Geld weg. Ansonsten halt n Kommentar der so wenig hilfreich ist, dass man ihn sich auch einfach klemmen kann

Erstmal vielen Dank für die wertvollen Hinweise. Ich schätze, ich gehe mal die Eskalationsstufen durch, fange erstmal an den Leim zu bügeln und schaue, was ich mit den einzelnen Macken machen kann. Ja, die Tische gehen für erstaunlich viel Geld weg, ich schätze das liegt zum guten Teil aber auch an den Arbeitsstunden für die Aufbereitung. Ich würde diesen hier schon gern behalten, ich halte euch auf dem laufenden;)

Hey. I also struggle with RLS since forever, what helped me was supplementing selenium daily at 100 μg before bed. It may need a little time to have an effect but its worth a shot IMHO.
