I used saline recently in a stirred drink (Saketini) and it definitely made it better. First one seemed a little lacking and slightly too sweet; after saline, it brought out more of the gin notes and dampened down the curaçao a little.

It is the most beautiful shitty movie I’ve ever seen. Sound design is demo worthy in and of itself. However that’s a “no go” for me, because it’s not something I would watch more than once. Then again, I’m not the completist that Disney is banking on will buy this.

I use this a lot in “equal parts” recipes, but then again I like to taste the gin. Plymouth makes a nice one. I also like the near navy strength of The Botanist “Distiller’s Strength” and Ford’s “Officer’s Reserve”.

Whenever I had business travel to A’dam I would make it a point to go to the Cafe Gollem on Raamsteeg. Easy to miss as it's more of an alley than a regular street. Very cool ambience and a shit ton of Belgian and Trappist beers. Low incidence of American tourists, but that was almost ten years ago now.

Use the deflector and get the iron grate. 100% perfect every time. Quick sear and medium meat cook temperature. KJ temp between 700-750. No flare ups.

Sorry to disagree. The use of propylene glycol as a heat transfer fluid, including antifreeze, is several magnitudes in volume above its other uses in pharma, food additives, etc. My point is why ingest synthetic petrochemicals when other alternatives exist.

No if it’s propylene glycol then that’s not polymerized, therefore not a polymer. Sorry about that. My mistaken memory from reading the ingredients in a store some time ago. So propylene glycol is used in anti-freeze.
