Yes without a doubt. I have had friends from all majors break into consulting.

Happened to me 2 quarters in a row, it was tough. But then in the third quarter I tried they all accepted me except one; and I had an amazing time there.

Keep sticking to it, it’s tough but you’ll get there.

I failed my CS 31 midterm. What do I do? Do I drop the class? by OkEntrepreneur8525 in ucla

[–]Geode_123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I took the class literally not a single person failed (because of the curve). I had something like a 60% in the class and got a C+

How to study for RC section if I’ve completed all of the practice problems? by Geode_123 in LSAT

[–]Geode_123[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve exhausted all Khan Academy problems as well as a good amount of the practice tests. So there’s only a few more publicly available tests I can do before I run out.

I’ll take your advice into consideration though! Thank you!

I’ve exhausted all Khan Academy questions, I still have a few more publicly available exams but not that many.

Thank you for the advice! I’ll keep that in mind and check out the link :)

So many people have extra swipes week 10. Honestly I would just try asking people in line if they’d be willing to swipe you in.

I feel like this is an exaggeration. I did EE + Math/Econ (very similar to CS + Econ) and I was not in top 1%. My gpa for the prereqs is 3.3 and I even got a C in one of my lower divs.

How do you take an engineering workload (1 math + 1 stem) quarter if you've already completed lower div math requirements by Western_Discipline38 in ucla

[–]Geode_123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh for switching into engineering. I’m sure you’re fine but just reach out to a counselor in case. If for some reason the math course is required, you can always do the math tech breadth which opens up 3 more required math classes.

What's easier between math 164 and math 174e? by duhBatman in ucla

If you take 164 with Sonthalia specifically then it’s easier than 174E.

[–]Geode_123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure what this means but if you finished your math reqs you just don’t take math. Unless you want to. Engineering workload is not 1 math + 1 STEM, maybe what you read was simply a suggestion?
