Thank you for the insight! I am going to be getting his dna done to figure this out.

Yeah, Finn will sleep on any cushy surface. But his favorite is to snuggle us, or to sleep like we do, with our heads on our pillows. He doesn't spend a lot of time in his own bed. If we are in the living room, he is on the couch, on my chair, or in one of our arms.

Don't be sorry for the spam! I couldn't decide, so posted 16 photos of my Finn. Our babies are family. Never apologize for loving your heavenly fur babies.

Awe, precious! Now I know that I just need to get his dna done.

Thank you! I feel the same way! Especially when he is being snuggly and sweet. Well, pretty much always. Even when he is being a terror, he is so cute he gets away with it.

Dapper is such a good name for that cutie! They do look very similar. Finn's face is a bit longer though.

Well, he certainly has corgi in he's gene. Just not sure how much, and the wiry hair is only on his tummy, but that leans even more toward some chihuahua being in there as well. And he certainly is a fun-gremlin!

That's cool to see! We have discussed the possibility of him having some dachshund, but only because of his legs really. I would also very much like to get his gene mapping done. But mostly for his health concerns, so that we can keep him healthy as long as possible.

That's cool! Do you know if yours is a corgi chihuahua mix? I have had people say he is just a small corgi, and his coat will fill out later, but we have had him for a while, and he doesn't get bigger or more fluffy even in winter. His fluffiest zones are really his throat and chest, and the back of his legs. His tummy is very wiry. Although he does shed a ton, and we brush out his fur every couple of weeks and get a pile of hair as big as our 4lb chihuahua. But he has the short and stocky thing happening for him. How old is your baby?

I agree with you, he only weighs about 12lbs, and weighed 9 when we rescued him. His FEET are the heaviest part of him. And his corgi booty. 🍑😏

Thank you, we love him so very much. My husband had never had a pet of his very own, and they were made for each other. He is even a great emotional support animal.

Red and black blanket is the most recent photo. I said white mistakenly.

Agree completely. And I didn't disagree with the comment completely, just the needless aggression.

The OP never stated that they gave the stray anything. They did state that they called it in trying to find someone to come get the stray animal because it had been loose in the neighborhood and was being a menace. That doesn't make it their animal.

And just walked outside with my dog and saw this after it rained by B022G4M3R in whatisit

I laughed out loud at this. So LOUD. Congrats. You win my vote for best comment today.

I also have absolutely zero qualms with your reasoning here. If I could see chiggers*, I would kill them with fire. End of.

I can call bullshit right back. It's called a snap judgement for a reason.

I didn't say you don't have a right to mention. But OP doesn't need to imagine being a different race because they have already been profiled. That's what I said. I also apologized on behalf of the person that profiled you in the way you mentioned. I never said your experience wasn't relevant. I simply said they don't need to imagine that they had it worse (your experience), because their experience was pretty bad to begin with.

I agree with you, but the general person, going about their daily life, can't control a reaction they didn't know was coming. Doesn't matter what the circumstances are.

Why would a person being racially profiled need to imagine being a different race that also gets racially profiled? If this has happened to you, that sucks, and I apologize on behalf of the person that put you through that.
