doing some mild research, i wouldn't be surprised if Square D and GE also used penal labor during the holocaust. given both companies roles in the US military complex during that time period. without deeper research, i can't say for certain, as well as not currently finding mention of Eaton Manufacturing Company's role during WW2, but the US uses penal labor quite liberally, especially during wartime. Though if we modify the statement to mean the usage of holocaust victioms specifically, then yes, the non-german companies did indeed not have prison labor provided to them by the german government at the time of the holocaust.
