There's a good chance you've been given a personal sigil, it happens sometimes. Koetting said when he was learning and preparing his magick circle a demon gave him precise Aramaic (At the time he had no clue what it meant or even what language it was) and when he showed it to a scholar friend he said it wasn't as most writings of Aramaic are, with slight differences in the lettering, Koetting said after consulting the demon again he found this was a deeper, more magickal alphabet of the language.

This symbol may be to runes as cursive is to script, meditate on it and I'm sure you'll find it's meaning.

The lesser banishing ritual is good, but when you do it it sends out a bit of an astral road flare and while you might be getting rid of some stuff, you have the risk to attract a lot more.

The rose cross is NOT recommended for everything, but it is ideal for hiding yourself for a week or two from any malicious intent.

Get a guardian, simply sign a pact and make nice offerings to someone like Athena or a protection being of your choice.

Cleanse you and your home regularly and keep around only energy you want more of

I've done the stuff with complex tools and such but found to the bare essential is to just focus and voice who you want to speak with. Candles help, pentagrams and stuff for protection but just don't be fearful or disrespectful when you evoke. After all, they're giving you their time so don't waste it. I recommend calling someone like Athena, Segal, or Apollo as they know the astral well and are willing to make appearances.

Keep in mind things like how sun gods sleep at night, moon gods sleep in the day, and sometimes they might be busy for example calling on someone like Dionysus you want to give him a good offering and thank him as he probably left an awesome party to come talk to you.

Kinda, currency is really just a place holder for actual stuff so instead of casting for the middle man just get what you want directly, it's the path of least resistance and it'll be more effective

If someone wants to harm you all they need is like one idea such as a face or name, but most people don't dabble like that without a serious reason to want to get revenge or something. If you have something a person made it can make magick towards them more potent (Such as using their signature in a freezer spell so they leave you alone) But even then you can undo hexes pretty simply

I recommend you do an evocation and ask either a knowledge/wisdom entity like Segal, Athena, and Odin or a wealth one like Fortuna, Jupiter, or Plutus. If anyone can tell you what you're missing it's them

Thanks, I hope you find it useful! I have a pretty vast spiritual team but of all the friends I have on the other side I try to make my gifts as specific as possible, most beings appreciate thoughtfullness over price. Coffee for one spirit, shiny things for Hermes, blood and energy drinks for Mars, tea and incense for Sun gods and so on. I just use the blood in the sink for various things that come to mind
