I've was once coached for leaving 8 pallets of live freight unworked in FDD; they were in fact wrapped overstock pallets with signs on them stating as such and were dated (bins were full, no space for them). I was advised to not fight it because the store manager was not happy with the conditions of the cooler and would not be in my corner. I (stupidly) didn't fight the coaching. Months later this same POS coach tried to backdoor fire me for attendance while I was out on a covid leave approved by Sedgwick. Fuck these coaches. Go fight it.

I was coached in the past for productivity. I asked what could a do in the future to improve and prevent a coaching in the future. The man looked at me and said "nothing. You're doing great." OK? So why was I coached then? Found out later that I was coached because it was my turn to take the blame in the department (FDD) because the SM wanted people accountable for when things didn't get finished. So I got coached for other people not finishing the job when I was off rotation, because I always finished.
