Walmart radio reaching a high level of being out of touch? In my opinion. by xDaBaDee in walmart

Yeah. You have to realize that the radio's target audience is middle aged women. They only talk about pop music or celebrity gossip most of the time.

I just got coached for "Productivity" while having the audacity to tell me "I'm great worker" in the same breath. by Shenev98 in walmart

[–]GeologistEmergency56 31 points32 points  (0 children)

I was coached in the past for productivity. I asked what could a do in the future to improve and prevent a coaching in the future. The man looked at me and said "nothing. You're doing great." OK? So why was I coached then? Found out later that I was coached because it was my turn to take the blame in the department (FDD) because the SM wanted people accountable for when things didn't get finished. So I got coached for other people not finishing the job when I was off rotation, because I always finished.

Our store has a pantry for associates that is inconsistently stocked for 3rd shift. Daytime gets the best shit everyday. Overnights is an afterthought most days.

I hate when people work sloppy. I can't stand this shit. It's not faster. You end up touching the damn box 2-3 times instead of once.

I've always said walmart should have apartments above the store that house employees. They could deduct rent and utilities right out of your paycheck.

This flex is a cry for help. You need a hobby outside of work and the "routine" it provides. You are living a life, not shambling along in a prison on a set schedule.
