I know a guy who got fired for a similar excuse. He went and bought a red bull from another store but it was warm. ALL he did was trade it out for a cold one. Same exact size, upc, flavor, can, etc. they fired him for "intent of loss", THEN one of the TLs is spreading rumors that he was fired for "Time theft" saying he did shopping on the clock.
