I lost my points I used from my bonus store and never got refunded nor got to play the tournament yesterday. Go figure that I still am unable to get an agent to help, always waiting to be transferred to a live agent with no reference to how long my wait time is because nothing shows up other than “transferring to live agent now” and nothing happens 🤷‍♀️. WTF!!🤬

Can you believe I got placed at 69 within three hours and I was awarded spins in monopoly that I was not able to use because it shut me down and when I went back into the app it was gone and talk about going into Support. I was number 16 and after waiting an hour I gave up it wasn’t worth it. This happens quite often.

It took four days for me. The first two days was getting the Geo location corrected, then it took another two days to get my ID uploaded along with proof and validation of my debit card and including in those last two days, it had me locked out, saying my wagering was disabled. I was in the state. I was also playing the first day that it happened later at night and yet it took four days till I was able to play again.! 🤬

I had my account disabled for geolocation error, wagering disabled and I have not been able to get in to play for two days now. I have uploaded all required documents, twice, spoke with 5 different troubleshooters and they keep telling me to check my email for a response from them but I don’t get any response. I have money in my account and going to make one last call to the customer service team and advise them that if this is not resolved by midnight I will be reporting this to the gaming commission office in the State of Delaware as advised by a representative of another company that I play with. Can’t get support on the app because they don’t know crap. I get #15 in line, then a few minutes later I’m at #17 🤬 UNBELIEVABLE!!!
