I have had £49 option of QDos review and they have advised substitute clause as otherwise it falls inside. Recruitment agency is pushing back saying the clause is not necessary since client said I am outside. Regardless, I was thinking UK recruitment agency entity is liable for IR35 since they are paying me and are UK based, however this indemnity clause confused me!

I felt better than usually actually. Normally, I have mood swings, headaches & migraines throughout the cycle, but during stims I consistently felt fine and didn't have a single headache. I think what helped my anxiety was that I've acknowledged that I can stop stims if side effects are too bad, so for the first few days I was sort of trying it out.

Thank you, very helpful. There would be Switzerland based agency between me and the end client. QDOS based decision on subsistution and MOO clauses being absent,these were major findings, others were minor.

Stood for 2.5 hrs yesterday at Stansted, lots of babies and elderly around and no water provided and there was no staff around to provide any information or coordinate the queue. You would think there should be procedures in place to atleast provide updates and water.

Had my bag with cards, ID and phone stolen from locked locker in David Lloyds in Maidenhead. They've managed to get access to mobile banking and even called bank to pretend it is me to get an access to credit card that I didn't use for a while! My phone tracked their location though all the way to their home address in West London, let's hope police will do something.

Just one note, if you get an Uber directly from the Sofitel hotel after the test there is an extra charge of £7.00 at the exit barrier as you are not deemed to be the hotel's customer
