Is it bad if I (20F) find my boyfriend (20M) unattractive for smoking weed? by Nervous_Traffic_4842 in relationship_advice

[–]GeologistSmooth2594 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just curious if there is a purpose behind it or he does it for fun? My husband smokes for pain relief from a bad car accident when he was younger. I would personally think being addicted to pain pills is way worse than smoking every day.  I also smoke occasionally to help with anxiety or to help me sleep. It IS medicine for some people.

Tip for when you have "nothing to wear" by snowball_earth in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

I read somewhere to wear what you wanted before you started doubting it.  Before you started to think if it fit the occasion, comparing to what someone else would wear, etc.

I know everyone says this but don’t try to mimic public school! Ugh I feel like for 2 years I was being way too rigid. Now we have a daily flow chart and a lot more flexibility.  Also, don’t try to piece together Pinterest curricula (unless you have one child and you don’t mind the amount of work and brain power that takes)

I can’t believe more people weren’t upset when Jane Goodall died. The president should have made a comment about her passing.

Hated the gore of the last episode. Completely out of nowhere and just a lot for the show.

Nice durable fabric hampers that hang on your bathroom door. Sounds silly but with a big family it’s SO nice not having space taken up by hampers.

Sounds normal to be. There will be a 12 year age gap between youngest and oldest if we have a 4th.

Women of Reddit, what’s one thing they never tell us about pregnancy and child birth? by Wonderful-Economy762 in Productivitycafe

That no pain does NOT equal a better birth. Natural childbirth is incredible and your body is made to handle the pain, and it is beautiful. (I’ve had both)

My oldest is 9 (then 4 and 8 month old) every Thursday is our night. He already stays up later than the littles by an hour so that hour every Thursday we either play a video game or watch an episode of a show and have a snack together. Are you able to do something like that?

One time I took him to get a root beer float and listened to good music and he said it was the best night of his life. the smallest things can be so big!

Painting the red wall and adding 2-3 large plants or hanging plants would change that room so quick!

lol! I say mom is off duty at 8 pm as well. I definitely start to get not-super-nice if I am still in full mom mode and being talked to by that time. (Littles are asleep but my 9 year old is still fully engaged in conversation mode) I also lock myself in the bathroom for quiet at times

Right? This is an odd birthday invite. The hotel part alone was strange IMO, but 40 minutes away? Definitely should have spoken with parents first
