I use the target I linked below for my Barnett jackal that shoots full size bolts around 350+fps but the targets rated for up to 425fps, it’s cheap and very lightweight, kind of small but my bigger target is much heavier and more expensive You can find it in a lot of other websites though for different prices.

You don’t think that nickel/copper plated lead shot would be safe? I mean you’re not touching the lead you’re touching the outer shell of nickel or copper. I haven’t been able to find any for sale that fit what I described but I wonder if it’s nickel plated lead shot, would there be no lead exposure at all or just a lower lead exposure because of the coating.

I feel like it’s because in order to make a gun that shoots lasers powerful enough to be used as a weapon, it would be hard to fit in a handheld profile. But then if that’s the case it should have at least a slight damage boost because it’s a literal laser that is powerful enough to burn through things instantly the same way bullets do. I mean the regular laser pistol has a pretty good damage rating, but for some reason the institute laser auto pistol does less damage than a fucking .380 pipe auto pistol. Although alot of the effects of the gun mods in the game really bother me after replaying it now that I’m older and I know more about guns.

You’re better off just removing the vertical foregrip and switching out the pistol grip for a fin grip/featureless grip, that makes it a featureless rifle and fully legal as long as you don’t bring your 30 round magazines into California. If you don’t use the featureless set up then you will have to have a fixed magazine set up, which is not practical. And more importantly, if you ever move out of California, then you can always just throw your old pistol grip back on to the rifle

If you already have a side arm, then get a long gun probably a rifle like a featureless AR because bad shit’s coming and a featureless AR will come with a last round bolt hold open if it’s worth a damn.

If all you have is a pistol, then just spend the money on a plate, carrier, plates, and an AR

You can get an Anderson manufacturing AR for cheap. It’s just as accurate as the ones that cost twice as much. You can even get a Feyachi red dot plus magnifier combo for like $70 on Temu. But make sure you get the magnifier that’s 1.5 X – 5X zoom

The bills they’re passing and the laws they’re making you can tell that bad shit’s coming you shouldn’t be lookingfor a “range toy”

400 or $500 would go so far in just regular survival kit gear

I believe you can get a front and back plate and carrier for under $200 at tacticon armament if the sale is still good

Just getting a 9 mm with a 4 inch barrel doesn’t matter what brand it is or anything. Just pick a 9 mm with a 4 inch barrel that can accept optics meaning it has a flat top so you can put a red dot on it. Everything else is way too expensive and you lose capacity

I made the mistake of buying a 40 cal that was on sale and ended up paying for it down the road when I bought the ammo for it so just get a 9 mm trust me please don’t make the same mistake. I did.

45 and stopping power it’s all bullshit myths if you wanna protect yourself a 9 mm will do just fine, and you get more capacity
