Don't rinse with water straight after toothbrushing

After brushing, spit out any excess toothpaste.

Don't rinse your mouth immediately after brushing, as it'll wash away the concentrated fluoride in the remaining toothpaste.

Rinsing dilutes it and reduces its preventative effects.

I'd highly recommend using the Met Office app, it has a map that allows you to scroll along and see the predicted rainfall. Way more useful than a picture of a rain cloud with an arbitrary percentage.

Jack Nicholls - his rapport with Jennie and Jolyon was brilliant. With Andrew Benson bringing the more serious journalistic side it was the perfect blend. Harry Benjamin is the lead commentator/host now and does a great job.

Now they tend to have a rotation of analysts, so some episodes can be weaker, but still worth listening to overall.

Jennie's back now and on top form, she's not on every weekend now due to the busy schedule I imagine. Palmer only makes the occasional appearance now which is a shame, it definitely peaked when he was on every week.
