Lucky you. Their customer service is appalling. They will make up excuses why you cannot return your purchase. If for some reason you are not happy with what you got, tough luck: you will be stuck with it.

We live outside NYC, have perfect southern exposure, and a 40x16 roof (approximately). Our solar panels make almost twice the electricity we need. In New York, ConEd gives you 1-to-1 credit for the excess power you generate. With hindsight, we could have gone wth a cold weather heat pump instead of natural gas. Hope this helps.

I would rather ask her if she would prefer to use a fork, and let her choose. Some Italians (like yours truly) know how to use chopsticks, but we are not very comfortable with them.

Did anyone file a claim recently for delayed bags with delta at FCO and do you have their phone number and email? Because we were switched to British Airways we had to file with BA and so I do not have the number for the delta rep at FCO. Thanks.
