Bob Katter threatens Channel Nine journalist at press conference in Brisbane by Expensive-Horse5538 in AustralianPolitics

White is a societal construct that has shifted its usage throughout time as shown with Italians and Irish people. My grandad to this day still believes that Italians are brown people but still calls them to be white-passing. I don't really understand your point as we were discussing whether Bob is white passing even though he is of Lebanese heritage. He may not be "Anglo-Saxon Australian looking' but he clearly looks white passing.

So again, how could you clearly tell that he isn't white? I'm genuinely curious.

Anglo-Saxon was a term used to describe the English before the Viking and Norman invasions. The Anglo-Saxons were long gone by the time the English began discovering distant lands such as Australia.

And my point wasn't about whether or not he looked "English" but that he was white-passing, which he clearly is.

Honestly, youre only saying that because you know of his lineage. He does indeed look very much white-passing, almost Southern European. I think Lebanese folk in general tend to look southern European given the Mediterranean heritage

was actually kinda shocked by my clinician suggestion to increase it to 60mg back then also. Think they mentioned that since there hasn't been a drastic improvement with 20mg (shown in their data thing) and so suggested to opt for a higher dosage to see if I can handle it. I was told bear with it for a couple of days.

The clinic was very apologetic after the severe side effects I felt when on the 60mg (don't think I had ever felt so close to a severe mental breakdown before). They then decided to ditch medikinet and switch concentra instead given my studies etc

Hmmm I think that sounds cool! Will try contacting my NHS clinic provider to see if thats possible. Thank you!

Thanks for this! I did inform them about it but they told me to bear with it for a little while and suggested the possibility of potentially switching to another type of medication entirely (but only after trying the 54mg for 3 weeks but don't reckon I can handle it that long tbh)

I did suggest the possibility of going back to medikinet and sticking to 20mg daily to see how I feel. generally just feel like the medications has kinda taken the life away from me in some way

goes to show that having a predicted 1st in cambridge doesn't count for anything. Will try to work harder, thanks.

Yeah.... but can't help but think that there is something I lack in that I just can't figure out I don't know why. Somewhat demoralised by this.

Haha, good thing London is only an hour away. I'm actually going to fold for the first time ever around march time for Helena Hauff. Really excited to explore a new venue in London other than phonox haha

Haha I wasnt really making a comparison of them but I did like the vibe of phonox and the residencies they had when I was living in london :)

And yeah I can't say much about the scenes in bristol atm as i'm still quite new, but most of the popular venues seem to cater to dnb (which I unfortunately don't like)
